We have a 5 days Exchange policy only for damaged goods, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a replace with proof of image and unboxing video.

    To be eligible for a Exchange, only for damaged goods and  your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a Exchange, you can contact us on whatsapp chat. If your return is accepted, delivery agent will pickup product within 3 working days and new fresh product will dispatched by next day ( No refund)
